About Vivid Labs AI

Vivid Labs AI builds AI-powered learning and tools (vividlabsai.com). We are a small team, and our Instagram page is one of the main ways people discover us. We are looking for a creator who can give the page a clear face and voice.

The Role

You will create short-form video content (mainly Reels) for the Vivid Labs AI Instagram page. You will work with us to understand the brand, the audience, and what each piece of content needs to achieve.

This is not a daily-filming job. Most of the work happens in batch shoots: you prepare scripts and ideas, then record a full set of videos in one sitting. The rest of the time is planning, light editing, and posting.

What You Will Do

- Plan content with the team: topics, hooks, scripts, and posting calendar

- Record multiple videos in a single batch session (on-camera and voiceover)

- Edit and polish videos using AI editing tools we help you set up

- Post and schedule content, write captions, and use relevant hashtags

- Watch performance (reach, saves, shares) and suggest what to make next

- Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice

What You Need

- Comfortable and natural on camera, with clear spoken delivery

- Experience creating Reels or short-form video (personal or brand pages count)

- Good phone-camera skills: lighting, framing, and audio





- Basic video editing ability, or willingness to learn AI-assisted editing quickly

- Reliable internet and a quiet place to record

- Good written communication and the ability to take feedback and iterate

- Interest in AI, tech, or education (a plus, not a requirement)

Nice to Have

- An existing Instagram following or past brand collaborations

- Experience with tools like CapCut, Descript, or similar

- Basic understanding of Instagram analytics

What We Provide

Expected Output

Agreed per month and confirmed before you start. A typical month might be:

- 1–2 batch shoots

- 12–20 finished Reels or posts

- Weekly stories and community replies
