We are looking for a highly responsible, creative and disciplined social media manager/content creator to join our team in a fully remote position.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of relevant work experience who can independently manage social media, create engaging content, edit videos, design graphics and carousels, research new content opportunities, and maintain strong communication with the team.

The position offers the flexibility of working remotely; however, the selected candidate must be able to dedicate consistent evening working hours and remain responsive during agreed working hours.

We are looking for someone who takes deadlines, communication and professional commitments seriously. Candidates looking for a casual side role without consistent availability should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Create and maintain a structured social media content calendar
- Edit professional Reels, short-form videos and promotional content
- Edit raw video footage using CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools
- Design attractive carousels, static posts, stories, infographics and other social media creatives
- Create visually consistent content in accordance with brand guidelines
- Write captions, headlines, hooks and social media copy
- Research current industry developments, trending topics, and relevant news
- Identify new content opportunities and proactively suggest ideas
- Convert detailed information into simple, engaging and visually attractive social media content
- Repurpose existing content into Reels, carousels, graphics and other formats
- Schedule and publish approved content
- Monitor engagement, comments and content performance




- Maintain organized folders for content drafts, videos, graphics and approved materials
- Any new finding, news update, industry development, factual claim or researched content must be submitted for approval before being published
- No researched or informational content should be posted independently without prior approval
- The candidate must clearly identify the source of any new information or update being proposed
- Content should only be published after receiving approval from the designated team member
- Approved branding, messaging and content guidelines must be followed
- Spelling, grammar, formatting and factual accuracy must be reviewed before content is submitted for approval
- Working primarily during designated evening hours
- Remaining consistently available and responsive during scheduled working hours
- Communicating remotely through WhatsApp, calls, video meetings or other collaboration platforms when required
- Joining short remote discussions when clarification or urgent content approval is needed
- Making revisions or updates promptly when requested
- Coordinating with team members working in a different time zone
- Maintaining reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote working setup

Experience Required

- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, video editing or a similar role




- Practical experience managing business or professional social media accounts
- Previous experience creating short-form videos, graphics and social media campaigns
- A strong portfolio demonstrating actual work will be given significant importance during shortlisting

Required Skills

- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva or similar platforms
- Ability to create professional graphics and carousel posts
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and current social media formats
- Strong visual sense and understanding of branding
- Good written English
- Ability to research topics effectively
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple content tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience working with immigration, visa, education, legal, consulting or other professional-service businesses would be considered an asset.
