The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to grow our B2B network in Lucknow and the surrounding region. You will be the face of Travel Luxis for travel agents and corporates. You will own the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long-term partnerships that deliver repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners, including travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients
- Present Thailand DMC products and luxury offerings through engaging meetings, calls and presentations
- Prepare customized itineraries, proposals and competitive quotations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage and grow key accounts to build loyalty and repeat bookings
- Coordinate with the operations team for accurate, timely bookings of hotels, tours, transfers, MICE and luxury services
- Track the sales pipeline, enquiries and conversions in the CRM, with regular reporting
- Stay current on Thailand destination trends, pricing,
product updates and competitor activity
- Represent the company at trade events, roadshows and client meetings, and travel when required
What You Bring
Must-have
- 4+ years of experience in sales, tourism and hospitality, with a Bachelor's degree
- Proven B2B sales skills in client acquisition, account management and negotiation
- Working knowledge of MICE, GIT, FIT and general tour operations
- Ability to design and sell tailored itineraries and packages
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and online booking and pricing systems
- A track record of meeting targets, with robust deal-size awareness (experience handling deals in Thai Baht is a plus)
Good to have
- Prior experience in a Thailand or international DMC or B2B travel sales role
- An existing network of travel agents and corporate buyers in North India
- Knowledge of additional regional languages
