About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging visual content across digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create performance marketing creatives, social media content, app tutorials, videos and other brand assets.

We’re looking for someone who has a good eye for design, understands digital-first content and can take an idea from brief to final creative.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design

- Create static creatives for Meta, Google and other performance marketing campaigns
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails and other digital content
- Create banners, website/app creatives and marketing collaterals
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across all MarketWolf creatives

Video Editing & Content

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads and social media
- Create engaging performance video ads using existing footage, graphics, text and animations
- Create simple how-to and tutorial videos explaining MarketWolf's app features
- Add text,



transitions, music, sound effects, motion graphics and basic animations where required
- Edit longer videos such as interviews, podcasts and brand content

Video Shooting & Production

- Help plan and execute in-house video shoots
- Handle basic camera, lighting and audio setup
- Work with the marketing team on concepts, scripts, shot lists and storyboards
- Organise footage and project files for smooth editing and future use

What We’re Looking For

- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar tools
- Good understanding of graphic design, typography, layouts and visual hierarchy
- Solid video editing skills with an understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Experience creating digital ads and social media creatives
- Ability to create both static and video performance marketing assets
- Comfortable creating screen-recording/app-based tutorial videos
- Basic understanding of shooting, lighting and audio is preferred
- Ability to work quickly, take feedback and create multiple iterations of creatives
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
