Salary- 30k Gross Salary
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct OJT, CRT & Sales Training programs
* Product & Current Launch Training for sales teams
* Promoter hiring, management & development
* Field coaching & market visits
* Improve sales performance & productivity
* Conduct assessments, feedback & skill evaluations
* Track training effectiveness & maintain reports
* Support the team in achieving business & sales targets
