Dispatch Executive | Alpha Style

Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Reporting To: Production / Operations Head

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day dispatch process and ensure that finished goods are packed, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch of finished goods as per approved orders and timelines.

Verify quantity, product details, packing, and labels before dispatch.

Prepare and maintain packing lists, invoices, dispatch documents, and courier/transport details.

Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and delivery teams.

Ensure proper packing and identification of shipments.

Maintain dispatch records and tracking details.

Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with Production, QC, and Management for dispatch readiness.

Report any shortage, damage, delay, or dispatch-related issue immediately.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.





Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately and within the committed timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or operations preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple dispatches and deadlines.

Responsible and organized approach to work.

Basic understanding of packing, inventory, and transportation processes.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
