- Postgraduate Degree: The candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or an equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Teacher Education Degree: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or an equivalent teacher-training degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Syllabus Mastery: Deep conceptual clarity in the senior secondary (ISC Class 11 and 12) Accounts curriculum—including Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, Joint Ventures, and Financial Statement Analysis.
- Teaching Experience: The candidate must have 2 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically dealing with senior secondary classes (IX to XII), preferably within an ICSE/ISC or CBSE framework.
