Sales Team Leader

Location: West Fort Junction, Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and manage a sales team while consistently achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling a team, monitoring performance, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds assigned targets.

- Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.

- Guide team members in lead handling, follow-ups, customer communication, and conversions.

- Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.

- Identify gaps in team performance and implement strategies to improve results.

- Motivate and coach team members to improve productivity and sales performance.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing difficult leads.

- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, targets, and business requirements.





- Maintain a robust focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or team management preferred.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to motivate and manage a target-oriented team.

- Good knowledge of lead management and sales conversion.

- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

- Fluency in Malayalam and English preferred.
