About the Role

BJS Home Delivery is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operational or customer-related activities as assigned.
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, clients, or internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems/spreadsheets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle queries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution.
- Support the team in achieving operational and service-level targets.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across different processes based on business requirements.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Work & Shift Norms

- Work from Office – Sector 67, Mohali.
- Rotational shifts depending on the assigned process.
- 5.5 days working / 6 days during probation, as per business requirements.
- International process; shift timings may include day or night shifts.
- UK/US process requirements may involve rotational schedules.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on holidays as applicable to the assigned process.
