We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.

· Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

· Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.

· Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.

· Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

· Ensure regular communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.





· Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

· Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
