Position: Business Development Manager – RPO / US Staffing

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: maximum 5LPA ( negotiable )

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and acquire new clients for RPO and US Staffing services.

-Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.

-Build and maintain robust relationships with US-based clients and staffing companies.

-Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable RPO / recruitment solutions.

-Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

-Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.

-Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, contracts, and service terms.

-Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

-Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

-Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Required Skills:





1-4 years of experience in US Staffing / RPO Business Development.

Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and lead generation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

Good understanding of the US Staffing / RPO industry.

Ability to generate and convert leads into clients.

Strong follow-up, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
