Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, and other IT assets to ensure uninterrupted operations across the manufacturing unit.
- ERP & Manufacturing Systems Support: Provide technical support for ERP, production, inventory, quality, maintenance, and other manufacturing-related software applications.
- User Support & IT Helpdesk: Handle day-to-day IT issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, manage user accounts and access rights, and provide timely support to employees.
- Cybersecurity & Data Management: Implement IT security measures, manage backups, antivirus systems, access controls, and ensure protection of company data and information systems.
- IT Vendor & Project Management: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for AMC, hardware/software procurement, system upgrades, networking projects, and implementation of current technology solutions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
