Job Summary

Nirnayan Health Care Pvt Ltd, Kolkata is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end logistics operations for our healthcare/diagnostic business, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective transportation of medical samples, materials, and equipment.

Qualification: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or MBA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day logistics, transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Ensure safe and timely transportation of diagnostic/medical samples as per required handling and temperature conditions.
- Plan routes and monitor delivery schedules and turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate with laboratories, collection centres, hospitals, branches, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage drivers, field executives, and logistics staff.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Manage logistics vendors/transport partners and verify their performance and billing.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Handle delays,



sample/material loss or damage, and other logistics-related issues.
- Prepare MIS reports on logistics performance, costs, TAT, and vehicle utilization.
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving measures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
- Experience in Healthcare/Diagnostic/Pharma/Hospital logistics preferred.
- Team handling and vendor management skills.
- Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics software.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and urgent requirements.
