About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in marketing, business development, client handling and event management.

Candidates with experience handling Government Departments, PSUs, Corporates and Institutional Clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the Goa region.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from Government, PSU and Corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable marketing solutions.
- Plan, coordinate and execute events, exhibitions, activations, conferences and promotional activities.
- Manage end-to-end event requirements including vendors, venues, production, branding, logistics and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with creative, production, digital and operations teams for campaign and event execution.
- Identify opportunities for advertising, branding, outdoor, digital and other marketing services.
- Handle vendor negotiations and ensure timely and cost-effective execution.




- Prepare marketing plans, proposals and presentations as per client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities in Goa.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Travel locally and across Goa as required for client meetings, events and project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Client Servicing / Events.
- Experience in an Advertising Agency, Marketing Agency, Event Management Company or Media Agency is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling Government clients / Government Departments / PSUs will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Goa market and local business network will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Valuable negotiation, presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and event execution.
