Job Summary

We are hiring a BPO trainer/process trainer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting new-hire, process, and refresher training and ensuring trainees are ready for production.

Responsibilities

- Conduct new-hire, refresher, and process training for BPO employees.
- Train employees on process knowledge, SOPs, communication, and customer handling.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, role plays, and mock calls.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure trainees meet required quality and production-readiness standards.
- Identify training gaps and coordinate with Operations, Quality, HR, and team leaders.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, and daily/weekly reports.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and process documents.
- Conduct refresher sessions based on quality and operational requirements.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience as a BPO trainer/process trainer/voice process trainer.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- BPO / Customer Service / Voice Process experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and classroom training skills.
- Experience handling new-hire batches and refresher training.
- Valuable knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Any graduate/bachelor's degree preferred.
