ETEN TREATS is looking for an experienced and result-driven Export Manager to join our growing team in Kochi.
Position: Export Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Food / FMCG
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain strong international client relationships
- Identify recent export markets and business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end export operations and documentation
- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers and logistics partners
- Handle export orders, invoices, shipments and compliance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents and shipping partners
- Monitor shipment schedules, costs and delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of international orders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of relevant Export/Import experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
- Ability to manage multiple shipments, clients and deadlines
- Food/FMCG export experience is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
