Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete LV Panel production from order review, BOM/SLD, GA drawings and material planning to fabrication, assembly and dispatch.
- Handle PCC, MCC, APFC, PDB, MLDB, AMF & Control Panels with practical knowledge of ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors, Relays, Meters, CTs and APFC components.
- Supervise busbar work, wiring, termination, earthing, panel assembly and quality testing, including IR/HV and functional testing.
- Plan and execute site shutdown, panel modification, replacement, coupling/de-coupling and extension activities.
- Lead production teams and ensure quality, productivity, safety, SOP/FMS compliance and timely completion.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on LV Electrical Panel Manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of panel assembly, busbar, wiring and testing.
- Good AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Solid troubleshooting, production planning and team coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and shutdown activities.

Core Requirement: End-to-end knowledge of Order → BOM/SLD → GA → Fabrication → Assembly → Wiring → Testing → Dispatch → Site Modification.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
