- Conduct requirement analysis and create functional specifications.
- Design firmware in C/C++ for critical applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for interoperability.
- Ensure all features are functional with new changes.
- Perform design and code reviews for quality assurance.

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with bare-metal and RTOS firmware development.
- Experience building timing-critical, interrupt-driven embedded applications.
- Solid working knowledge of USB, UART, SPI, and I2C communication protocols.
- Proven experience in firmware validation & testing.
