Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Executive to ensure the quality of raw materials, production processes and finished packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain quality records.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
- Check thickness, width, length, weight, strength, sealing, cutting and board dimensions.
- Approve or reject materials/products based on specifications.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records and quality documentation.
- Support ISO 9001:2015 audits, 5S and CAPA activities.
- Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.




- Prepare daily quality/rejection reports.
- Train production workers on quality standards.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma / B.Sc / B.E. in Plastics, Polymer, Chemistry, Mechanical, Printing or Packaging Technology.
- 2–5 years of experience in plastic film, packaging or manufacturing quality control.
- Knowledge of QC instruments and basic quality tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 5S.
- Good MS Excel knowledge.
- Tamil and English communication required preferred.
- Good attention to detail and decision-making skills.
