Job Description – Electrical Engineer

Department: Electrical / Engineering / Maintenance
Position: Electrical Engineer
Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager

1. पद का उद्देश्य / Job Purpose

Factory में सभी electrical machines, panels, production equipment, wiring, motors, electrical systems एवं utilities की safe, reliable और efficient operation सुनिश्चित करना।

Production में electrical breakdown को कम करना, machine availability बढ़ाना और preventive maintenance system को मजबूत करना।

2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ / Key Responsibilities

- Factory की सभी production machines और electrical equipment की monitoring करना।
- Motor, Control Panel, PLC, Sensors, Contactors, Relays, VFD, SMPS एवं electrical circuits की checking एवं troubleshooting करना।
- Electrical breakdown होने पर तुरंत fault finding एवं rectification करना।
- Preventive Maintenance Schedule बनाना और उसका timely execution सुनिश्चित करना।
- Production machines के electrical systems की regular inspection करना।
- New machines, equipment और electrical installations की installation, commissioning एवं testing में support करना।
- Electrical wiring, cable, panel और earthing system की checking करना।
- PLC और automation-related basic troubleshooting करना।
- Electrical spare parts की requirement identify करना और inventory maintain करने में support करना।
- Energy consumption monitor करना और energy saving / cost reduction opportunities identify करना।
- Electrical safety standards एवं applicable procedures का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- Production, Mechanical Maintenance, Quality, PPC और Stores teams के साथ coordination करना।

3. योग्यता / Qualification





- B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering preferred।
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering वाले candidates को relevant experience के आधार पर consider किया जा सकता है।
- PLC / Automation certification को अतिरिक्त advantage माना जाएगा।

4. अनुभव / Experience

- 2–5 वर्ष का industrial electrical maintenance / manufacturing experience preferred।
- Domestic Appliances, Motor Manufacturing, Mixer/Grinder, Fan, Pump, Automobile या similar manufacturing industry का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- Freshers को Trainee Electrical Engineer position के लिए consider किया जा सकता है।

5. आवश्यक कौशल / Required Skills

- Industrial electrical systems की अच्छी knowledge।
- AC/DC Motors, Starters, Contactors, Relays, VFD, Sensors और Control Panels की understanding।
- Basic PLC troubleshooting का knowledge।
- Electrical drawings और circuit diagrams पढ़ने की क्षमता।
- Multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester आदि measuring instruments का knowledge।
- Electrical fault finding एवं root cause analysis।
- Preventive और breakdown maintenance का knowledge।
- MS Excel एवं basic ERP/MIS knowledge।
- Team coordination एवं problem-solving skills।

कार्य परिस्थितियाँ / Working Conditions

- Factory और production shop floor पर कार्य।
- आवश्यकता के अनुसार Rotational Shift / General Shift।
- Machines, electrical panels एवं production equipment के आसपास कार्य करना होगा।
- PPE एवं electrical safety procedures का पालन अनिवार्य।
- Emergency breakdown के समय immediate support देना पड़ सकता है।

8. रिपोर्टिंग एवं Coordination / Reporting & Coordination

Reporting To:
Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager

Internal Coordination:
Production, Mechanical Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, Purchase और R&D; Teams।

External Coordination:
Electrical contractors, machine suppliers, automation vendors एवं service providers।

9. विशेष आवश्यकताएँ / Key Expectations

- Electrical breakdown को minimum downtime में resolve करना।
- मशीनों की electrical reliability और availability improve करना।
- Preventive Maintenance को नियमित और effective बनाना।
- PLC, Automation और Energy Management में continuous improvement करना।
- Electrical safety, earthing, panel safety और proper isolation procedures का पालन करना।
- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedure को follow करना।
- 5S, Kaizen और Continuous Improvement activities में भाग लेना।
- Production target को support करते हुए Safety – Quality – Cost – Delivery पर focus रखना।
- सभी electrical काम authorized और safe working practices के अनुसार करना।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
