JOB OPENING – MEP ENGINEER / SENIOR MEP ENGINEER

Project: Premium High-Rise Commercial Building

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5–10 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Project Experience: High-rise commercial, residential or mixed-use projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & LV systems

* Review MEP, Shop & GFC drawings and coordinate technical clarifications

* Coordinate with Civil & Finishing teams to avoid clashes/rework

* Monitor installation of cable trays, panels, DBs, plumbing/fire lines, ducts, shafts & equipment

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants & vendors





* Check material and workmanship quality as per specifications

* Monitor daily progress, manpower & material requirements

* Support testing, inspection, commissioning & handover documentation

* Coordinate DG Set, Transformer, LT Panels, Earthing, Fire Fighting Systems, Pumps & HVAC equipment

* Ensure safety compliance during execution and commissioning
