Career Guru is looking for a passionate and experienced Certified Career Counsellor to join our team.

Position

Career Counsellor – Certified

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Assess students’ interests, aptitude, skills, and career goals.
- Provide personalised career and course guidance.
- Explain higher education opportunities, courses, colleges, and career pathways.
- Conduct counselling sessions through online and offline modes.
- Follow up with students and parents and maintain counselling records.
- Support career guidance workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.

Requirements

- Certified Career Counsellor qualification preferred.
- Degree / PG in Psychology, Education, Career Guidance, HR,



or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in career counselling or student counselling is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with students and parents.
- Good knowledge of higher education and career opportunities.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
