The Role

We’re seeking a Senior SAP Consultant (L2) with strong functional and technical expertise across SAP modules such as MDG, ABAP, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, and HR. In this role, you will lead solution design, configuration, enhancements, and technical development to support end-to-end SAP delivery. You will collaborate with business teams, guide junior consultants, and contribute to both implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts across modules such as MDG, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, HR, and ABAP.
- Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business needs.
- Lead requirement analysis, documentation, and system design activities.
- Develop RICEF objects using ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Build and manage MDG workflows, data models, validations, and BRF+ rules.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
- Perform system integration, functional testing, and performance tuning.
- Support data migration, data validation, and quality assurance.
- Provide issue resolution, incident management, and user support.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.





Qualifications and Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with expertise in at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Strong domain knowledge in one or more SAP areas: MDG, ABAP, SD, FI-AA, BW/BO, HR.
- Ability to work across functional and technical landscapes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of SAP architecture, integration principles, and data models.

- CRM BOL GenIL Framework
- SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM (optional)

Nice to Have

- SAP certifications in relevant modules
- Experience with Agile methodologies or DevOps practices
- Familiarity with European/DACH region processes and working models
- Prior experience in multinational or large enterprise projects
