Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding the school, curriculum, facilities, programmes, fees, transport, hostel/day-boarding, etc.
- Conduct and coordinate campus visits and parent meetings.
- Manage regular follow-ups from enquiry to final admission.
- Maintain admission records, leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversion data.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, accounts, administration, and other departments.
- Support admission campaigns, open houses, exhibitions, and local outreach activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission MIS and reports.

Additional Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the admission/counselling team.
- Set and monitor admission targets.
- Allocate leads and track counsellor performance.
- Develop admission strategies and outreach plans.




- Monitor conversion and identify areas for improvement.
- Report admission progress regularly to school management.

Desired Skills

- Robust parent-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM/MIS, WhatsApp and email communication.
- Prior experience in a reputed school/CBSE school will be preferred.
