Job Title : Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs, marketing collaterals, website layouts, and digital assets that support our clients’ branding and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should have strong creative expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple design projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing initiatives.
- Design marketing collaterals including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other digital and print assets.
- Conceptualize and execute creative design ideas based on client requirements, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to translate concepts and messaging into effective visual designs.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, colours, and overall visual identity across different platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Review and refine designs based on internal and client feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.




- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, digital design practices, and industry standards.
- Provide creative inputs and design solutions to improve the overall visual communication of campaigns and projects.
- Guide and support junior designers when required and maintain quality standards across design deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, creative agency, or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Illustrator and CorelDRAW for digital, print, and marketing collateral designs.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, marketing collaterals, and web design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Onsite (Preferred Local candidates only)
Job Location: Mohali

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
