Junior QS Billing

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates from drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare RA bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and supporting documents.
- Verify site measurements and quantities.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity statements.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.
- Calculate reinforcement quantities, cutting lengths, bar weights, and steel requirements.
- Check reinforcement drawings and coordinate with the site team for BBS-related requirements.
- Monitor reinforcement quantities and assist with steel reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding measurements, quantities, and billing requirements.
- Prepare variation statements and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BBS,



and project documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams as required.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in QS, Billing & BBS / Civil Construction.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Quantity Estimation, Billing, and BBS.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
