About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, experimenting with campaigns, and using AI-powered tools to improve performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.




- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ads.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Use AI tools for ad copy, audience research, campaign analysis, content ideation, automation, and marketing optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, AI, automation, and digital advertising.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
