About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Facebook and LinkedIn. You should be comfortable managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance data, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including:

Search Campaigns

Display Campaigns

Demand Generation Campaigns

Create, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns, including:

Traffic Campaigns

Conversation Campaigns

Engagement Campaigns





Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and website traffic.

Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve client/business objectives.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance using key metrics.

Implement conversion tracking and event measurement using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.

Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
