Blossoms International School is looking for a agile and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while ensuring we attract and hire talented professionals who align with the educational standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a genuine interest in working in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Understand staffing requirements from academic and administrative departments.
- Create and post job vacancies on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with the concerned department or school management.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate demo classes/interviews for teaching positions where required.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Assist with salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Conduct reference/background checks as required by school policy.
- Support the onboarding process for newly selected employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with school leadership to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled within timelines.
- Assist with other HR activities as assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Experience in school/education-sector recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening processes.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
