7C Destinations, a trusted South India-based Destination Management & Tour Company, is looking for a confident, energetic and highly communicative Travel Sales Professional to join our growing team.

We are NOT looking for someone who simply answers calls.

We are looking for someone who can TALK, CONNECT, CONVINCE & CONVERT.

Must Have:

- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
- Strong verbal communication & convincing ability
- Friendly, confident and professional personality
- Ability to build quick rapport with customers
- Robust sales mindset and target-oriented approach
- Good listening and customer-understanding skills
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp, calls and online enquiries
- Interest in Travel & Tourism

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kerala / South India packages
- Prepare and explain customized tour packages
- Follow up with leads professionally and consistently
- Build customer confidence and convert enquiries into bookings




- Maintain strong relationships with customers from enquiry to trip completion
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Persuasive enough to close the booking.

EXPERIENCE

Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills can apply.

Experience in Travel Sales / Tour Operations / Hospitality / Customer Relationship / Telecalling / Inside Sales will be an added advantage.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
