About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with advertising agencies and/or real estate brands, with a solid understanding of brand communication, content strategy, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands, especially real estate clients.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Create clear briefs for creative, content, and design teams.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write/review engaging captions, campaign concepts, and brand communication.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video teams, and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Manage client communication, approvals, feedback, and deliverables.




- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Develop campaigns that improve brand visibility, engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior experience in an Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Real Estate brands/clients is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, content formats, and audience behaviour.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Gurugram.
