ServiceNow Technical Consultant Specialization: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM

Job Location: Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Noida / Bangalore)

Role:

We are looking for experienced and passionate ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for professionals with solid technical expertise and implementation experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM who can design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers, architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to implement innovative solutions that drive business value and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.Support platform upgrades, deployments, and release activities.




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.
- Required Skills Core ServiceNow Expertise: ServiceNow Platform Development, JavaScript & Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP Integrations, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Update Sets I
- TSM: Experience in: Incident Management , Problem Management , Change Management , Request Management , Service Catalog , Knowledge Management , SLA Management
- HRSD: Experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, HR Knowledge Management, HR Service Delivery
- ITOM: Experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Operational Visibility, MID Server Administration, Cloud Discovery
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.Experience delivering at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD)CIS-ITSMCIS-HRSDCIS-ITOM
- Nice to Have: Virtual Agent Performance Analytics Service PortalUI BuilderEmployee Center ProAI/GenAI use cases on ServiceNowIntegrations with Microsoft, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise platforms
