ServiceNow Administrator
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules
Solid hands-on experience with ITSM including Catalogue Item Creation/Editing.
Experience with other modules (WSD, HRSD, Source To Pay, APO) and Custom Apps highly desirable.
Experience in trouble-shooting break-fix and ServiceNow Catalogue Items including Flow Designer / Workflow
- Worked in Incident, Problem and Change Management teams
- Good Verbal and written communication
