1. Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect with 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, working drawings, construction documentation, and site coordination.

The candidate will support the architectural team in preparing working drawings, detailed drawings, construction drawings, architectural layouts, material specifications, and site-related technical documentation.

The ideal candidate should have robust AutoCAD and architectural detailing skills, good knowledge of construction materials and methods, and the ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, contractors, and site execution teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Documentation

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and details.
- Develop working and construction drawings based on approved designs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for site execution.
- Modify drawings based on design revisions and site requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing revision and documentation control.

Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Identify drawing clashes and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Incorporate approved changes into construction drawings.

Site Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits.
- Check architectural execution against approved drawings.




- Verify dimensions, levels, finishes, and materials.
- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
- Assist in resolving technical queries raised by site teams.

Material & Finish Coordination

- Assist in material selection and finish specifications.
- Review material samples and mock-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding architectural finishes.
- Ensure materials used at site comply with approved specifications.

3. Eligibility / Qualification

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional registration, where applicable, will be an advantage.

Experience

- 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Candidates with strong site coordination experience will be preferred.
