JOB DESCRIPTION - FLOOR MANAGER

LOCATION - VADODARA ( GUJARAT )

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Operational Oversight:Managing and coordinating the daily activities of the floor, ensuring effective workflows and a positive customer experience.
- Staff Management:Supervising, training, and motivating staff, addressing performance issues, and providing support.
- Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Stock Control:Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocking, and ensuring proper display of merchandise.
- Compliance and Safety:Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Reporting:Providing regular reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory to management.
