Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and confident Service Team Manager to handle client communication, email replies, Handle customer call, service-related activities, and team management. The candidate should be able to manage the team effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client calls and resolve client queries professionally.
- Handle and reply to client emails on time with proper and professional communication.
- Read, understand, and respond to service-related emails and client complaints.
- Manage and coordinate the service team.
- Monitor daily team activities and work progress.
- Follow up with clients and ensure proper service.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Maintain proper communication between clients, employees, and management.
- Ensure that assigned work is completed on time.
- Support and guide team members whenever required.
- Maintain professionalism and be bold and confident in handling work responsibilities.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Good knowledge of email communication and professional email replies.
- Ability to understand client emails and respond appropriately.
- Ability to handle client calls professionally.
- Good team-handling and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and situations calmly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Must be confident and bold in the work.
