Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can identify relevant project opportunities, create effective proposals and generate qualified leads through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals based on project requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through Upwork.
- Research clients and understand their requirements before bidding.
- Follow up with potential clients and coordinate initial communication.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals, leads and responses.




- Work closely with the sales/project team to convert opportunities into business.
- Monitor bidding performance and improve the overall lead-generation process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation.
- Positive understanding of Upwork and its bidding process.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write explicit and relevant proposals.
- Good research and client-handling skills.
- Experience in IT/software services will be an advantage.
