We are looking for an Architect / CAD Designer with hands on experience in US based residential / housing projects.

Key Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in architectural technical documentation.
- Experience working on US residential / housing projects is mandatory.




- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in working drawings, construction documentation, detailing and GFC drawings.
- Valuable understanding of US construction standards and practices.
- Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.

Note: This is a technical architectural documentation role focused on working drawings, construction documentation and detailing, rather than design development.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
