Job Vacancy – Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for 2 MBA Graduates for the position of Regional Sales Managers.

Qualification: MBA – preferably Marketing / Sales / Business Administration

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the sales and collection activities of 3 branches.

Monitor branch-wise sales performance and take initiatives to increase sales and achieve targets.

Stay at each assigned branch for approximately 2 days to closely monitor sales activities and team performance.

Conduct regular field visits and meet top and key customers.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

Monitor pending payments and take necessary follow-up actions to improve collections.

Handle customer issues and disputes in coordination with the Sales Executives and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor the performance and availability of Sales Executives at the assigned branches.

If there is a shortage of Sales Executives, take responsibility for identifying and recruiting suitable candidates.

Guide, support, and motivate Sales Executives to improve their sales performance.

Coordinate with Branch Managers, Sales Executives,



and management to ensure smooth sales operations.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, collections, customer visits, pending payments, and branch performance.

Field visits are mandatory as part of the role.

Key Requirements

MBA qualification is mandatory.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel between branches and conduct regular field visits.

Ability to manage multiple branches and sales teams.

Ability to handle customer disputes and collection follow-ups.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or construction-related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
