Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Retail Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales performance, lead the retail team, and deliver an exceptional premium customer experience. The role requires robust leadership, sales, inventory, and store-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the luxury retail store.
- Drive sales targets, revenue, conversion, and overall store performance.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the store sales team.
- Ensure exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Build strong relationships with premium and repeat customers.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement,



and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and premium store presentation.
- Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, security, and loss-prevention standards.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for promotions and business growth.
