We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packing Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day packing operations at our rice processing facility in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth packing activities, maintaining quality standards, managing manpower, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily rice packing and dispatch operations.
- Manage and allocate manpower across packing lines.
- Ensure correct packing, weighing, labeling, sealing, and stacking of rice products.
- Monitor packing machines and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns.
- Ensure production and packing targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain proper records of production, packing material, wastage, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and minimize packing errors and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
- Train and guide packing workers for efficient and safe operations.
- Maintain discipline and housekeeping in the packing area.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma / ITI preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in packing supervision, preferably in the rice, food processing, FMCG, or agro-processing industry.
- Positive knowledge of packing machines, weighing systems, and packaging processes.
- Strong manpower handling and supervisory skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage production pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
