About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales, business development, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing current retail partnerships, expanding markets, strengthening customer relationships, building the brand, and leading the sales & marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new retailers, markets, territories, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Drive customer retention, repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team and establish clear targets and KPIs.
- Develop effective sales processes, CRM practices, reporting systems, and performance tracking.
- Track sales, leads, conversions, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI and prepare MIS, forecasts, and management reports.
- Handle key accounts, major negotiations, customer escalations, and important business discussions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and business commitments.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Provide regular updates to the Director on sales performance, market opportunities, challenges, and growth plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Office, sales reporting, and digital marketing.
- Experience in the jewellery, diamond, luxury, retail, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, events, and business development.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
