Key Responsibilities

# Production Planning: Develop monthly production plans, weekly rolling plans and daily machine-wise schedules based on customer requirements, available capacity and material readiness.

# Capacity Planning: Evaluate machine loading, cycle times, bottlenecks, manpower availability and capacity utilization to develop realistic production schedules.

# Delivery Performance: Own the planning process to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries, proactively identify shortages and establish recovery plans for overdue customer orders.

# Inventory Management: Optimize raw material, semi-finished goods, WIP and finished goods inventory, improving inventory turns without affecting customer deliveries.

# Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Production, Foundry, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch to ensure uninterrupted material flow and schedule adherence.

# ERP & Digital Planning: Drive effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for production planning, manufacturing orders,



routing, capacity planning, inventory visibility and reporting.

# Performance Monitoring: Establish daily Plan vs. Actual reviews, shortage reports, capacity dashboards and systematic escalation of deviations.

# Team Leadership: Lead and strengthen the PPC team, establish planning discipline and drive accountability across both units.

# OnTime In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance

# Inventory Turns

# Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes, routing, cycle times and machine capacity planning.

# Experience in ERP-based planning, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable manufacturing ERP.

# Good understanding of MRP, finite capacity planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.

# Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.

# Demonstrated experience in improving delivery performance and inventory turns.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
