ACTC Studio Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Event Coordinators to support event managers in planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate events from pre-production to post-event closure
- Manage Travel, Boarding & Lodging (TBL), including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with artists, artist managers, and oversee hospitality requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, sponsors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables
- Supervise on-site event operations, including setup, rehearsals, event-day coordination, and dismantling.
- Monitor event timelines, resolve operational challenges, and ensure successful event delivery.

Does this sound like you?





- 2–5 years of experience in event management, live events, concerts, or hospitality.
- Hands-on experience in TBL management, artist coordination, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
