We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lady RMO and Grievance Officer (Ayurveda/ Siddha Physician) to join our hospital team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day medical care to in-patients, monitoring their progress, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting the senior physician in patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient rounds twice daily and monitor the health and progress of in-patients.
- Assess patients, record clinical findings, and report any changes in their condition to the senior doctor.
- Assist the senior physician in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
- Monitor patients during the course of Ayurvedic treatments and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Provide appropriate medical attention to patients as required during duty hours.
- Supervise and coordinate routine patient care with therapists and nursing staff.
- Provide and monitor postnatal care for patients according to the treatment plan prescribed by the physician.
- Ensure proper implementation of prescribed Ayurvedic treatments, medicines, diet, and daily care routines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, case sheets, treatment notes, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
- Review patient complaints and communicate relevant information to the senior doctor.
- Monitor vital signs and general health condition of patients whenever required.
- Attend to patient and attendant queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance within the scope of responsibility.
- Coordinate with nursing, therapy, kitchen, and other hospital staff for smooth patient care.
- Ensure proper documentation of medicines, treatments, investigations, and other clinical observations.
- Assist in emergency situations and promptly inform the senior doctor when medical attention is required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, clinical procedures, hygiene standards, and patient-safety practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Participate in follow-up, discharge procedures, and patient counselling as required.
- Perform other clinical and general responsibilities assigned by the senior physician or hospital management.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and effective functioning of the hospital by ensuring quality patient care and maintaining professional standards.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and appropriately, providing necessary immediate care and coordinating further medical attention when required.
Requirements
- BAMS / BSMS from a recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 30- 35 years
- Valid registration with the appropriate State/competent medical council.
- Experience in an Ayurveda hospital, particularly in-patient care or RMO duties, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in postnatal care is preferred.
- Good clinical observation and patient-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary hospital team.
- Responsible, punctual, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
- Freshers with the required qualification may also be considered, depending on the hospital's requirements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
