The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st : Online Quickfire Test.
2nd: Personal Interview with HR.
3rd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning.
4th: Interview Round with HR Manager.
5th: Interview round with the HOD.

Upon selection, candidates will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will move to the operations floor. Those who fail the assessment will not continue in the selection process.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with 2–5 years of experience in seafarer recruitment and sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable seafarers for various vessel positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source seafarers through databases, job portals, references, social media, and recruitment networks.
- Identify and shortlist candidates based on vessel requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews of seafarers.
- Evaluate candidates based on rank, experience, qualifications, skills,



and previous vessel experience.
- Verify candidate CVs, certificates, CDC, licenses, medical certificates, and other recruitment documents.
- Maintain and update the seafarer candidate database.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, requirements, availability, and interview schedules.
- Coordinate with the candidates and management for candidate selection.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely completion of the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records, interview feedback, and candidate status.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with seafarers and external recruitment agencies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in seafarer/marine recruitment.
- Solid experience in sourcing and screening seafarers.
- Knowledge of maritime ranks, qualifications, and basic seafarer documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
- Good written and spoken English.
