Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Operations

- Assist in executing statutory, regulatory, internal, and risk-based audit assignments for Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, AMCs, and other Financial Services clients.
- Support audit planning, risk assessment, audit testing, documentation, working papers, and preparation of audit observations and reports.
- Develop an understanding of Insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, investments, reinsurance, actuarial processes, and finance functions.
- Develop knowledge of Mutual Fund and AMC operations, including NAV computation, fund accounting, investment compliance, portfolio management, and investor servicing.
- Assist in evaluating internal controls, IFC, governance processes, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform analytical reviews and identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential business or regulatory risks.
- Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and senior management.




- Coordinate with client teams and engagement teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities and deliverables.
- Maintain awareness of developments in IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI, ICAI, RBI, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Skills & Attributes

- B.Com / B.Com (Accounting & Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial services, Insurance, Mutual Funds, AMC, or a related field. Freshers with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in the sector may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, financial statements, and internal controls.
- Good analytical, numerical, problem-solving, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Solid interest in developing expertise in Insurance and Mutual Fund operations and regulations.
- Willingness to learn and build knowledge of IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI, ICAI guidelines and applicable financial regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to data analytics or audit tools will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, ownership, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
