Cybolink Digital Solutions is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative production team. You will work on social media creatives, digital campaigns, marketing materials and visual content for a variety of international clients and brands.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good eye for design, is creative and detail-oriented, and wants to build their experience in a professional digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, stories, banners, ads and digital creatives.
- Design marketing materials for different digital platforms and client requirements.
- Develop designs based on creative briefs, brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
- Work with the content and social media teams to develop visual content.
- Make design revisions based on feedback from the creative and account teams.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual style.
- Organise design files and assets properly.
- Assist senior designers with larger campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated with current design, social media and visual communication trends.
- Explore AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design.



Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and layout.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to create designs for social media and digital platforms.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Understanding of digital advertising creatives.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
- Interest in current design and social media trends.
