Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant/related field.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with company-generated sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain lead/sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in construction/real estate.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
