Berkley Hyundai is looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive Cashier cum Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounts, handling customer payments, and ensuring smooth cash and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash, cheque, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Prepare customer invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain daily cash books and accurate accounting entries.
- Reconcile daily collections and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Handle petty cash, bank deposits, and payment documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and accounts departments for billing and payment-related matters.
- Assist with GST documentation, Tally/ERP entries, and routine financial reports.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure confidentiality of company information.




- Follow company policies and internal financial controls.

Eligibility & Skills

- B.Com or a relevant commerce qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, cashiering, or billing.
- Experience with an automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and reconciliation abilities.
- Honest, responsible, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
